New Research Farm

We are renovating our research farm to organics farm even this project may take 5 years at least to success. This year we plan to ask for Thai GAP certificate of Department of Agriculture. The long term goal is IFOM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements) certificate. Organics farm is not only marketing purpose but also the complete model of organics Agriculture for learning.

Fresh Ginger

HCF starts to export fresh ginger to Japan and United State of America due to demand increasing. The product will be stored in corrugated box in 2 types, 4 kgs. and 12 kgs. All fresh gingers farms are auditted by Department of Agriculture.

HCF has cultivated ginger around 5 rais in our research garden since late March, 2007.

Almost 50 staffs participated this event.

Almost ginger farms are cultivated since late April, 2007. Our staffs do the fieldwork of facilitating farmers under Good Manufacturer Practice or GAP for traceability purpose. The customers can be sure that all products from HCF are not exeed maximum residue limits (MRLs).
