Fresh ginger is a popular marinade ingredient, as it contains enzymes that help tenderize meat by breaking down its proteins. While some marinade recipes use minced or grated ginger, others call for freshly squeezed ginger juice. In addition to marinades, ginger juice is also used to lend flavor to sauces.


Ginger juice is used in a number of juice recipes as it can provide lift the taste of the juice. Ginger juice also has many health benefits.


Ingredients
400 gms Fresh ginger
9 cup water
1(1/2) cup sugar

How to do
1) Wash the fresh ginger and beat.
2) Boil about 20 minute and sift.
3) Boil again, add sugar and mix.
4) Wait still boil again then finish. You can drink the both hot drink and cool drink.

8 Carrots
2 Apples
1 Piece of ginger the size of your last thumb digit (or bigger if you like the zing)

How to do
Throw everything in the juicer, and add a few blocks of ice to chill it down for added refreshement, drink immediately to enjoy all that fresh enzyme activity.
