Since we run the organic research many formula of biofertilizers are created and used in the research farm as well as our contract farms. Nowaday, we are ready to share these knowledge to farmers. The first group is Japanese Eggpant farmers in Maelao Distirct, Chiangrai.

We are renovating our research farm to organics farm even this project may take 5 years at least to success. This year we plan to ask for Thai GAP certificate of Department of Agriculture. The long term goal is IFOM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements) certificate. Organics farm is not only marketing purpose but also the complete model of organics Agriculture for learning.

Biofertilizer is a product from rejected eggplants and biological wastes in factory. We use this biofertilizer in our research farm and distribute to farmers for using in thier eggplant farms. The purpose is to reduce chemical residues and improve the organic matter in soil.
What is biofertilizer?
The name itself is self explanatory. The fertilizers are used to improve the fertility of the land using biological wastes, hence the term biofertilizers, and biological wastes do not contain any chemicals which are detrimental to the living soil. They are extremely beneficial in enriching the soil with those micro-organisms, which produce organic nutrients for the soil and help combat diseases. The farm produce does not contain traces of hazardous and poisonous materials. Thus those products are accepted across the world as Organic ones. Hence for organic farming the use of biofertilizers is mandatory.

Ginger Farms

Almost ginger farms are cultivated since late April, 2007. Our staffs do the fieldwork of facilitating farmers under Good Manufacturer Practice or GAP for traceability purpose. The customers can be sure that all products from HCF are not exeed maximum residue limits (MRLs).
